The aircraft engine transfer sling assembly consists of a pear link with two wire rope assemblies. Each wire rope assembly is connected to an adjusting link. A 0.875″ safety anchor shackle connects the sling to the aircraft engine container. It is used in conjunction with the cargo stream strongback for underway replenishment of aircraft engines.
